Seeds and Berries Muffins

Ingredients:

Almond or any other nut/seed butter 1 cup
Eggs 4
Coconut flour ½ cup
Coconut sugar 3 TBSP
Baking powder 1 tsp
Pumpkin seeds, blackcurrants, cranberries, blueberries 1 cup all
Olive oil 1 TBSP
Apple cider vinegar 1 TBSP

Eggs + sugar, then almond butter, then baking powder with vinegar, then the rest, then 1 cup of nuts/berries/chips.

Bake for 30 mins at 350 F

 

Nuts and Flax Chips

Ingredients:

Almond flour 1/2 cup
Organic Flax 1/2 cup
Chili powder 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Sea salt 1/2 tsp

 

  • Soak seeds in 1/2 cup of filtered water
  • In food processor combine all ingredients
  • Line on the dehydrator sheets and dehydrate until crispy

 

Flax and Seeds Green Crackers

Ingredients:

Organic Flax 2/3 cup
Pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup
Almond flour 1/3 cup
Pumpkin seed butter 1 TBSP
lemon juice 2 TBSP
maca powder 1 TBSP
spirulina 1/2 tsp
cayenne 1 tsp
Onion powder 1/4 tsp
Sea salt 1/2 tsp

 

  • Soak seeds
  • In food processor combine all ingredients
  • Line on the dehydrator sheets and dehydrate until crispy
